My Dinner !

Simon wasn't feeling well last night so I had to prepare and cook dinner. I cooked "tau you" chicken with bak choy and a sunny side egg under Simon's supervision. After 15 mins I came up with this masterpiece. I even got the egg with the runny yolk just the way he likes it. Simon said it was good but I thought it was yummy !...maybe I was just hungry...haha!
