Sunday - 17 June 2007

We were so tired from our trip to Phillip Island, we decided to go for evening Mass but when I woke up they decided to go for Yum Cha so we took the train to Flinders and walked all the way...
passing some totum poles architectures on the way.....
Hey What's This???? Mum and Dad thought it was rubbish bin cause all our rubbish bins here are green in colour but then Nicholas said..." Hey it's a BBQ pit". And it was...a real BBQ pit, just press the button and the hot plate starts heating up...good for summer but not now...

Mum and Dad at the Yarra River with Crown Casino in the foreground.
Can anyone guess what this is???? It's actually a huge pigeon / bird house where hundreds of birds live...hence the holes in the top part...
After a yummy lunch of Yum Cha...we proceeded to the Casino to test our luck...Simon and Father went to play "Casino War" while mum and me tried out the pokies machines (aka Jackpot Machines)...well you should know the outcome....then we sat at the lobby of the Crown hotel to watch this spectacular display or lights and laser works....
The laser lights follow the songs played on the background....then we went to the city to attend Mass...so much entertainment for a Sunday afternoon.
