Yummy Chicken ! - Wednesday, 20 June 2007

Mum decided to cook dinner on this cold Wednesday night, after her afternoon nap she got up and starting peeling onions and cutting chillies....then blended the "Rempah" and started cooking...I shall not disclose the secret recipe cause it's family heirloom recipes....hahaha!

The mixture of mum's rempah and some nice chicken wings etc etc etc....(not disclosing recipe ok....try harder to convince me ! )
Viola...Ayam Chilli Bawang (Chicken Chilli Onion for those who can't read Malay). This will be our yummy dinner for tonight together with steaming plain Jasmine rice and pak choy. Hmmmm ! Can't wait to sink my teeth into them. Yumms !!!!!!
